- There is one God who is made known through three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- God continues to communicate with us through the Bible, God's authoritative word, and through God's Spirit.
- People are born separated from a relationship of peace with God and are undeserving of God's mercies, but God's grace through Jesus Christ redeems us.
- Calling upon Jesus, God's Son, is our only means of salvation and peace with God.
- Our faith is initiated by the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We do not choose God. God chooses us.
- The Presbyterian Church is one expression of all churches that confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- There are two sacraments: Baptism of infants and adult believers and the Lord's Supper, God's spiritual meal of bread and wine.
