Early Childhood

At Westminster we are dedicated to providing a nurturing, caring, and loving atmosphere for our children.  Our recently renovated Early Childhood wing reflects this desire in its functionality and our teachers and volunteers take great care to exemplify Jesus' love and compassaion for these little ones.  Our classrooms feature many age appropriate learning opportunities and we have a private, gated playground area as well.  All of our volunteers and staff are screened and trained to provide the safest experience possible.

Childcare is provided during all worship services for children ages 5 and under.  We also offer care during our Wednesday night program; care is available for other church functions on a reservation basis.  Please see our Childcare Policy for more information.

Our Parents' Day Out Program provides a unique ministry to parents who stay at home with their preschoolers. Our program provides parents a few hours away from their children for shopping, doctor appointments, volunteer work, part-time jobs, recreation or involvement in church activities. In today’s society, grandparents and other relatives often live in distant communities and cannot assist young families with child-care responsibilities, so, our program will also provide a support system by insuring quality child care. Our program will not only insure quality care, but also provide a good teaching program in which teachers plan activities to meet the special physical, mental, social and spiritual needs of each child.
